I started my journey at 450 pounds, dealing with limited mobility, a shoulder injury, and very low activity levels. A defining moment came when I was playing soccer with my daughter and realized I couldn't keep up with her.

Since beginning my journey, my entire life has changed. I've lost 250 pounds, gone from a size 56 pant to a size 32, and dropped four shirt sizes. I'm in better shape now than I've ever been.

There were setbacks along the way, including a serious neck injury after military training. With the help of the coaching staff, I was able to follow a structured rehab plan, rebuild my strength, and come back even stronger.

One of my proudest moments was completing my first Spartan Race โ€” something I never thought I'd be capable of. Not only did I finish it, but I placed in the top 20%.

Beyond the physical transformation, the biggest impact has been my confidence and mindset. I've gone on to join the Army, become a police officer, run marathons, complete Spartan Races, climb mountains, and continue setting new goals.

What makes Squad Fitness special is the community. The coaches and members feel like family. My advice: don't sell yourself short. You never know what you're capable of until you try.

Since joining Squad, everything about my fitness has changed for the better. I've built real strength, improved my endurance, and made steady progress in both my lifting and running. At 40, I'm in the best shape I've been in years.

As a full-time single mom, I don't have time for workouts that don't matter. What I love about Squad is that every session is intentional. The trainers know how to push you just enough while still meeting you where you are, and they genuinely care about your progress โ€” not just your performance.
